Santa Dash – 11th December 2022

These terms and conditions apply to the Santa Dash (the “Event”), and by registering for the Event you are agreeing to comply with them.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The changes will take effect from the time we publish the revised terms and any changes will be binding on all participants and supporters.

Participation

Only registered and paid-up participants may take part in the Santa Dash. Spaces are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

By registering participants other than yourself, you agree to ensure that they are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions.

Participants and volunteers are required to wear appropriate trainers/walking boot/shoes and dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

We ask all participants to carry all litter until they can dispose of it responsibly.

Dogs

Walkers may bring their dogs, which must be on a lead at all times.

Risk and liability

Participants and volunteers will take part in the Santa Dash entirely at their own risk. Tetbury Hospital Trust will not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of their participation other than in respect of any injury or loss arising as a result of its negligence but nothing in this clause will limit its liability for any other liability that cannot be restricted or excluded by law.

Participants of sixteen year olds and under must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their safety, at all times.

Participants and volunteers are responsible for ensuring that they and those for whom they are responsible are sufficiently fit and healthy to take part in the Santa Dash.

Tetbury Hospital Trust will take all reasonable steps to minimise the risk of injury to participants during the Santa Dash but by taking part in the Santa Dash, all participants will acknowledge that there may be conditions or circumstances beyond its control that can lead to unforeseen risk.

Personal Data

Tetbury Hospital Trust will collect personal data relating to participants when they register and will use it to organise the Hike. If you provide personal information on behalf of additional applicants, please only provide this if they have confirmed that they are happy for you to do so. In the case of an emergency, we may also need to pass personal details provided by you to the emergency services or health care professionals, subject to the marketing preferences we hold for you, your personal data may also be used for the purposes of sending you further information about how you can support the work of Tetbury Hospital Trust.

All personal data held will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Tetbury Hospital Trusts privacy statement.

Event

The entry fee is non-refundable. In the event that we need to change the venue and/or date of the Santa Dash, because of Covid regulations or extreme weather conditions we will do all we reasonably can to organise an equivalent Santa Dash as soon as is reasonably practical. Your Santa Dash place will be automatically transferred to the re-scheduled event.

SAS Rogues Heroes Film Screening – 6th November 2022

These terms and conditions apply to SAS Rogue Heroes Film Screening (the “Event”), and by registering for the Event you are agreeing to comply with them.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The changes will take effect from the time we publish the revised terms and any changes will be binding on all participants and supporters.

Participation

Tickets are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

By purchasing tickets for other individuals, you agree to ensure that they are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions.

Risk and liability

Participants and volunteers will take part in the event entirely at their own risk. Tetbury Hospital Trust will not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of their participation other than in respect of any injury or loss arising as a result of its negligence but nothing in this clause will limit its liability for any other liability that cannot be restricted or excluded by law.

Tetbury Hospital Hike – 15th May 2022

These terms and conditions apply to the Tetbury Hospital Hike (the “Event”), and by registering for the Event you are agreeing to comply with them.

Participation

  • Only registered and paid up participants may take part in the Hike. Spaces are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
  • By registering participants other than yourself, you agree to ensure that they are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • We ask all participants to use the litter and recycling facilities available at the halfway point and at the start/finish areas and to carry all litter until they can dispose of it responsibly.

These terms and conditions apply to the Boules Competition (the “Event”), and by registering for the Event you are agreeing to comply with them.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The changes will take effect from the time we publish the revised terms and any changes will be binding on all participants and supporters.

Participation

  • By registering a team, you agree to ensure that members of the team are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Participants will take part in the Boules Competition entirely at their own risk. Tetbury Hospital Trust will not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of their participation other than in respect of any injury or loss arising as a result of its negligence but nothing in this clause will limit its liability for any other liability that cannot be restricted or excluded by law.

Merchandise

These Terms and Conditions relate to the sale of items from this website for fundraising purposes.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The changes will take effect from the time we publish the revised terms; however this will not apply to any orders that have been accepted before this date.

Ordering Your Items

To order items from this website you must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling, and inclusive of VAT.

The Friends of Tetbury Hospital reserve the right to withdraw items from sale, if we are out of stock, without notice.

If the item you order is out of stock we will inform you by email. Where payment has already been taken we will refund you.

For orders placed via our website we accept all major credit cards including Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard.
All payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

You will own the item(s) you have ordered once we have received payment in full, but we will remain responsible for it until you have collected the item(s), or we have contacted you and delivered to the address you gave us when placing your order.

Delivery of orders

The customer will be contacted when they have placed their order to confirm collection or delivery options.

Occasionally, by agreement, orders may be sent by Royal Mail. These orders will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the order.

The customer will receive an email or telephone notification when their order has been shipped.

We do not deliver to countries outside of the United Kingdom.

We shall not be responsible to you for any delays in the delivery of items that are caused by events outside of our control.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns Policy

You are entitled to cancel any order you have made on our website for any reason (including if you simply change your mind) up to and including 14 days after the day on which you receive your item(s).

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item. Unwanted items may be returned in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition, for a full refund.

Refunds and exchanges will not be given on any items that have been damaged and/or are in an un-saleable condition.

We regret that return postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

Missing, incomplete, or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, first of all please view your order online. If your order has been despatched but hasn’t arrived within the expected time period, please email friends@tetburyhospital.co.uk or call us on 01666 502336 between
9am and 4.30pm, Monday – Friday.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, follow our Returns procedure.

Returns procedure

Returns can be made through either of these options:

Returns by Hand

  • Please email friends@tetburyhospital.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return the product and your reasons why.
  • Please repackage securely and deliver to The Friends of Tetbury Hospital, Malmesbury Road, Tetbury, GL8 8XB.
  • Once we have received your returned product, we will credit your account.

Returns by Royal Mail

  • Please email friends@tetburyhospital.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return the product and your reasons why.
  • Please repackage securely and post it to our returns address:

  • Please obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office.
  • Once we have received your returned product, we will credit your account.

We only supply items for domestic and private use. You agree not to use items ordered from this website for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and therefore we shall have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
